'YES, I'm going out with my friend later on!' I shouted to myself excitedly. I would be going out with a long-lost friend that I had met in the BAS (Basketball Association of Singapore). I knew this was going to be a very fun outing!

I went out in high spirits, carrying my bag and enjoying the cool, fresh and crisp air. I was already behind time when I was on my way. That was because I had to eat my lunch first before I could go out. In the crowded MRT station, I tip-toed my way through the crowd and rushed swiftly to our rendezvous point. I met my friend and I waited for him to finish his lunch. We were both jubiliant then.

Later, we incidentally met some of my primary school classmates. We decided to watch the latest movie, 'little big soldiers'. We bought the movie ticket that was still one hour away. We waited at the entrance of the cinema and bought food to fill up our stomach again. We chatted about our sec school lives and were amazed by each others' different experiences. Time passed quickly and soon the movie was going to start. We rushed in to the cinema theatre quickly and got to our seats. We were sitting in the first row. The show was a hilarious and fabulous show!

After the show ended, I was ice-cold. The air-conditional was too cold for me. My hand was freezing. After I went out to open air, I felt ultimate relief. Later we went to the food court there and sauntered the entire food court without buying any food. We decided to go to the highest level of the building and enjoy the invigorating air. Soon, the sky was getting dark and we all went home happily. We promised that we would go out again together if there is a chance. I am looking forward to it.
